A Trip To Oregon

Welcome to Oregon, part of the Pacific Northwest. Oregon was admitted to the United States on February 14, 1859 becoming the 33rd state in the nation. Oregon is also one of the most geographically diverse states with volcanoes, many bodies of water, dense evergreen mixed forests and also deserts. At 11,249 feet Mount Hood is the states highest point.

When you first arrive to Oregon I highly encourage to rent a car to experience as much as you can that this state can offer you. Vineyards, hiking, waterfalls or taking a scenic drive to the coast are just a few options to get you started.

My journey starts with Multnomah Falls, at 620 feet in total it’s the tallest waterfall in the state. The Multnomah Creek Bridge, built in 1914 crosses between the upper 542 foot and lower 69 foot falls making for an incredible scenic landscape.

Vineyards were a huge part of me coming to Oregon. I lined up a few tours before I arrived with some of my favorite wineries, Archery Summit, Stoller, Colene Clemens, and Van Duzer.

I hope you enjoy Oregon as much as I did and remember keep living your Leesurely Life!
